About Wynn Al Marjan Island
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director of Operations - Nightlife to join the resort's Food and Beverage Administration's team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director of Operations - Nightlife to join the resort's Food and Beverage Administration's team.
The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are
- Lead and manage all nightlife operations, including clubs, lounges, and entertainment venues.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, talent acquisition, and entertainment teams to curate compelling nightlife experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor venue managers and frontline staff.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to continuously improve service delivery.

Serve as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners, including talent agencies and vendors.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume venues and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements.
- Experience working in luxury or high-profile nightlife environments is highly desirable.
