Director Of Operations / Operations Manager with Rooms background (Saudi National Only)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations / Operations Manager with a strong rooms division background to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hotel operations and maximize profitability
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Oversee all aspects of rooms division operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, local regulations, and company policies
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and inventory management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that increase occupancy and revenue
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the property competitive in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hotel operations management, with a strong focus on rooms division
- Proven track record in leadership roles within the hospitality industry
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems and revenue management techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in rooms division
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be a Saudi National
