Ag Centrals journey began in 2021. I (my name is James Hillman) started this company at the age of 18, and have had the honor of bringing on board some great people since this journey began. When starting this, I quickly learned there was a large market going un- fulfilled- pre-owned commercial mowers for large farms, and small-mid-size landscaping companies. Over the years, we have built a supply network of mowers, and have become the largest purchasers of pre-owned mowers in 2025, bringing in mowers from the largest national landscaping companies, as well as the US Government, from locations all over the US. Ag Central is positioned as the CarMax, but for mowers. We bring white collar intelligence, to a blue collar industry. Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Organic Marketing to lead and grow our online and community presence, while also blending personal, and dealership branding in our marketing message. This role is responsible for driving customer awareness, engagement, and sales through non-paid channels through content creation such as short/long form videos, social media posts, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will understand how to display content that resonates with potential customers, build trust through authentic messaging, and position our dealership as the go-to source for high-quality pre-owned mowers.

As our first marketing leader, this role will combine strategy with execution—developing videography strategies, tracking performance, and refining efforts to increase organic website traffic, customer inquiries, and long-term brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build brand awareness and customer trust across digital and community channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on seasonal trends to drive peak sales period

Digital Marketing (Organic)

  • Optimize website for search engines (SEO), ensuring high visibility for local and regional mower-related searches.
  • Create and manage engaging content (blog posts, guides, videos, customer stories) to attract and educate customers.
  • Manage organic social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Encourage and manage customer reviews and referrals

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness over time.

Experience

  • Proven experience in organic marketing, digital marketing, or brand growth (agency or dealership/retail experience a plus) that delivered proven results
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
