We are looking for an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive outbound pipeline generation and oversee a high-performing team focused on the US market. In this role, you will define and execute innovative sales development strategies, build and mentor top-tier talent, and ensure consistent achievement of pipeline and revenue goals. You will partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine lead qualification, optimize outreach processes, and enhance overall sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and accountability.
Design and implement creative outbound lead-generation strategies aligned with sales objectives.
Define and track KPIs, monitor team performance, and provide accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Optimize SDR workflows, including lead qualification, outreach cadence, and pipeline nurturing processes.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and lead prioritization.
Conduct ongoing coaching, training, and skill development sessions to elevate team performance.
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Champion a data-driven approach to outbound strategy, continuously iterating to maximize results.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing SDR teams.
Demonstrated success driving outbound pipeline growth and achieving consistent results in the US market.
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Self-starter mindset with a relentless focus on results and team development.
