Director of Patient Relations & Brand Strategy | Specialization: Cosmetic Gynecology & Intimate Well

Our practice provides world-class surgical excellence in Cosmetic Gynecology and Intimate Wellness. To accommodate our global reach and the demanding schedules of our high-profile, sophisticated clientele, we are seeking a client-facing leader to head our night-shift operations.

The Role

This is a high-impact, dual-function position. You will personally handle high-level patient inquiries during our "Platinum Hours" (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM), ensuring that no sophisticated lead goes unanswered, regardless of their time zone or schedule. Simultaneously, you will lead the marketing team to ensure our brand messaging remains the gold standard in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Touch Night-Shift Consultation (Client-Facing)

• The "First Call" Authority: You are the primary, high-level point of contact for inquiries coming in during evening and overnight hours.
• VIP Intake: Manage consultations with sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals who require discretion and late-hour accessibility (e.g., executives, international patients, and public figures).
• Clinical Diplomacy: Discuss sensitive intimate health topics with extreme professional ease, clinical fluency, and zero judgment. You guide the patient from their first "after-hours" inquiry to a confirmed surgical consultation.

2. Marketing Leadership & Team Management

• Strategic Oversight: While the creative team may work during the day, you lead the strategy. You review campaigns, set the "tone" for the brand, and ensure all US-facing content is elegant and authoritative.
• Bridge the Gap: Use the insights gained from your night-shift consultations to dictate marketing direction. You will identify trends and patient concerns that the daytime team might miss.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure the practice’s digital presence is impeccably maintained and that all outgoing messaging is HIPAA-compliant and sophisticated.

Candidate Profile

• The Sophisticated Communicator: You possess a high level of "social intelligence." You can navigate delicate conversations about intimate health with the poise of a trusted advisor.
• The Strategic Leader: You have a background in premium brand positioning and understand how to manage a team to drive high-quality (not just high-volume) leads.
• The Night-Shift Professional: You thrive in a nocturnal schedule and can maintain a high-energy, "white-glove" professional demeanor throughout the 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM shift.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years Experience: Proven track record in Luxury Medical Sales, High-End Aesthetic Coordination, or Premium Wellness Management.
• U.S. Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the American "High-Touch" service model and private-pay medical landscape.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a Clinical background (RN/NP) is highly preferred.
• Resilience: The ability to remain sharp, empathetic, and professional during overnight hours is non-negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
