What You’ll Do

• Lead daily preschool operations and team management
• Ensure compliance with Idaho licensing regulations
• Hire, train, and support teaching staff
• Maintain high-quality classrooms and curriculum
• Build strong relationships with families
• Manage enrollment growth and retention
• Oversee staffing schedules and classroom ratios

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of childcare leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and hands-on
• Passion for early childhood education
• Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education(preferred, not required)
