SENIORITY LEVEL: DIRECTOR As a Director of Product Management

SUMMARY OF ROLE:
You’ll lead a portfolio of products and platform capabilities in a high-scale digital platform environment, while also owning delivery leadership. You will set direction, drive outcomes, and build strong teams that ship with speed and quality. This role requires AI fluency and a track record of automating business operations to achieve scalability by reducing manual work, improving cycle times, and increasing operational reliability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own product strategy across a defined portfolio, aligned to company priorities and customer value.
• Translate strategy into bets, sequencing, and measurable outcomes across growth, engagement, retention, monetization, and trust.
• Lead quarterly planning and roadmap governance, balancing speed, quality, and platform health.
• Make trade-offs across customer experience, scalability, reliability, privacy, and cost-to-serve.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities delivering customer and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Data to define AI product requirements and delivery plans.
• Ensure AI initiatives are measurable post-launch with clear success metrics and iteration loops.
• Identify high-friction workflows and lead automation initiatives reducing manual effort and cost-to-serve. Partner cross-functionally to map processes and deliver scalable automation.
• Improve throughput and reliability via workflow automation, integrations, and systemization.
• Set automation targets including cycle time, error rates, manual hours saved, and SLA performance.
• Lead Delivery to ensure predictable execution across multiple squads.
• Establish planning, tracking, risk, dependency, and escalation frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to remove blockers early.
• Own release readiness, phased rollouts, and retrospectives.
• Set standards for PRDs, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, launch readiness, and measurement.
• Ensure initiatives are instrumented with baselines, targets, and monitoring.
• Strengthen prioritization through data, insights, and business impact.
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Delivery leads across hiring, performance, and growth.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.
• Standardize planning, execution, and progress communication.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams on launches and enablement.
• Communicate direction, progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading PMs or delivery functions

Experience scaling high-scale digital platforms with complex dependencies

Track record delivering multi-team roadmaps and customer-facing and platform capabilities.

AI fluency with shipped AI-enabled products in production

Experience automating business operations and reducing cost-to-serve

Ability to translate ambiguity into execution.

Strong analytics mindset, including metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation

Credible cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Design

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications:

Marketplace or multi-sided platform experience
Scaling delivery across multiple squads
Familiarity with experimentation and analytics stacks
Experience in privacy-sensitive environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
