Job Purpose

Provide executive leadership over all construction projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, to approved quality standards, and in compliance with contracts, authorities, safety, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction planning to handover and defects liability.

Set execution strategies, project priorities, resource plans, reporting structures, and delivery controls.
Time & Cost Control

Approve and monitor master schedules, baseline programs, cash flows, procurement plans, and progress reports.

Track budget variances, change orders, claims, payment certificates, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
Consultants & Contractors
-
Manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to achieve contractual obligations.

Lead progress meetings, resolve technical/commercial issues, and escalate critical risks to management.
Quality, HSE & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, authority approvals, building codes, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.

Implement inspection processes, handover standards, snagging procedures, and documentation controls.
Risk & Stakeholders

Identify design, authority, procurement, cost, legal, and site risks with mitigation actions.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, procurement, legal, authorities, and owners on project matters.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP/RICS/Chartered status preferred.
Experience
-
15+ years in construction, including 5+ years in senior leadership; strong real estate development and contractor management experience.
Technical Competencies

Project controls, contracts, FIDIC basics, planning, cost control, authority approvals, QA/QC, HSE, value engineering, claims management.
