Director of Quality Assurance

We are currently hiring a Director of Quality Assurance for a large industrial manufacturing company located in Leetsdale, PA. The Director of Quality will lead a team on QC/QA Managers & Lab Technicians to ensure products meet company standards as well as client requirements to ensure complete client satisfaction through the implementation and/or improvement of Quality Control processes & process/continuous improvement projects. This position is a full time, direct hire with a starting salary up to $160,000 plus bonuses, medical benefits, 401k, etc. In addition, this position will require extensive travel between Pittsburgh and their two manufacturing facilities in North Central Kentucky.

Additional Details:

• Implement & maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure all products meet specifications and standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency within the manufacturing processes.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and other regulatory standards.
• Develop quality control plans for production processes and work with production & engineering teams as well as suppliers & customers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
