The Gardens at Camp Hill, a premier skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (COTA) to lead and oversee our therapy department. Compensation

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually
(Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of therapists and therapy assistants

• Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards

• Maintain high standards of patient care, outcomes, and documentation

• Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) (Required)

• Must have prior Director of Rehabilitation experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Graduate of an accredited program with an Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on patient care experience

• At least 1 year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting OR demonstrated leadership as a clinical point person
