What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee our rehabilitation department with energy and vision

• Support, mentor, and develop a talented therapy team

• Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes

• Manage scheduling, caseloads, and departmental efficiency

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Management or leadership experience is strongly preferred

• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) required

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
