Summary of position:
Responsible for the management of the Revenue Cycle activities for assigned region providing support to Business Office Managers and Business Office Assistants in the North Shore family of centers to improve the revenue cycle processes, outcomes, collection rates and customer service.

Requirements of the position:
Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination or education/related experience)
• Post-Acute Care Revenue Cycle experience
• Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft products
• In depth knowledge of health plan requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership competency
• Ability to travel extensively to multiple centers in a large geographic area
• Polished communication and presentation skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Post-acute care or health care experience
