The Founders Inn & Spa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rooms to join our Executive Leadership Team.

This highly visible leadership role oversees all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Security, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. The Director of Rooms plays a critical role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and financial performance.

What You'll Do

As Director of Rooms, you will:

• Lead and develop Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Security teams
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service recovery efforts
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and operational procedures
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores, implementing strategies for continuous improvement
• Partner with the General Manager and Sales Team to support occupancy, guest loyalty, and revenue goals
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas
• Oversee labor management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
• Foster collaboration and communication across all hotel departments
• Lead departmental meetings, training initiatives, and performance management processes
• Support operational planning during peak occupancy periods, group events, and special programs
• Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and represent the General Manager when needed
• Champion employee engagement, accountability, and professional development

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive hotel operations experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience overseeing Rooms Division operations
• Proven success leading Front Office and Housekeeping teams
• Strong guest service, leadership, and team-building skills
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to analyze operational and financial reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Hilton experience strongly preferred
• Experience with guest satisfaction programs, service recovery, and luxury service standards
