Overview: The Sales Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sales Team, ensuring that goals are met through effective pipeline management, coaching, and accountability. This individual will directly manage Commercial & Public Sector sales reps, holding regular 1:1s to provide feedback, coaching, and development support, and ensuring clear alignment between leadership and individual contributors. They will also partner closely with the CRO to translate strategic objectives into execution, and with the Head of People to ensure strong performance management practices are applied across the team, reinforcing Hypori's culture of accountability and growth.
