Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director with a strong background in Insurance, Hospitals, and IT industries. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on knowledge of CRM tools and a proven ability to lead sales teams, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the insurance, hospital, and IT sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and track performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Mandatory experience in Insurance, Hospitals, and IT industries.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho ).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
