We're transforming the contemporary chic dusitD2 Kenz Hotel in Barsha Heights, a prime gem on Sheikh Zayed Road, steps from Internet City Metro and surrounded by Dubai's thriving business hubs, universities and world class shopping into Naumi Hotel Dubai.

Naumi Hotel Dubai isn’t just another opening, it’s a bold new chapter in Barsha Heights. With a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the skyline, a spa and fitness hub and vibrant Thai and Mediterranean dining, we’re bringing our signature mix of playful design, sustainability and personalised hospitality to the city. We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead the charge, driving revenue growth, building strong partnerships and positioning Naumi Hotel Dubai as the must-stay destination for business and leisure travellers.

Naumi Hotels is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the revenue strategy for our inaugural Dubai property, Naumi Hotel Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for rooms, dining and events.
  • Build and nurture high-value relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and luxury partners.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to position Naumi as Dubai’s premier boutique hotel.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling campaigns that highlight Naumi’s unique design and guest experience.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimise pricing and maximise market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales in luxury or boutique hospitality.
  • Strong network in Dubai’s corporate, leisure and MICE markets.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences and driving results.
