Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Hotel experience and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, management, and B2B sales, with a proven track record in technology sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop strategic marketing initiatives, and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that our team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in technology sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate team performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong management skills with experience leading a diverse sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams to achieve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
