Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the corporate and pharma client base across the UAE and GCC.
  • Identify, target, and secure high-value corporate accounts.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and strategic client meetings.

2. Key Account Management

  • Act as the senior point of contact for major corporate and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Oversee account performance, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to design and deliver seamless travel solutions.
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships to enhance retention and expand business volume.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the corporate and pharma sectors.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Recommend innovative business opportunities, partnerships, and offerings that support company growth.

Skills & QualificationsEssential Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing sales strategies.
  • Proven track record in corporate travel sales, key account management, or MICE industry leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive growth and long-term business partnerships.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate travel sales, business development, or a senior commercial role.
  • Experience with pharma clients or multinational corporate accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Sales, or a related field.
