JOB SUMMARY:
Lead and execute the company’s sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. Oversee sales and business development to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies with clear, measurable objectives. Direct and manage sales teams to achieve growth targets, enhance customer acquisition, and strengthen client relationships. Drive market expansion through strategic partnerships and optimized sales operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, market share, and brand growth.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key customer segments.

Define pricing strategies, revenue streams, and competitive positioning to maximize profitability.

Oversee sales operations, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Optimize sales processes, CRM utilization, and pipeline management for efficiency and scalability.

Identify new market opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and foster long-term client relationships.

Drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.

Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to refine and enhance sales and marketing strategies.

Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand positioning and messaging are aligned with revenue goals, driving business growth and market success.

Partner with Marketing to strengthen the company’s market presence through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and industry engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within sales and marketing teams.

Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies in all sales and marketing activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, experience, certification):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

In lieu of a degree, possess 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and sales leadership roles.

Proven track record in developing and executing revenue growth strategies.

Strong expertise in business development, key account management, and market expansion.

Experience in managing high-performing sales teams and building strong client relationships.

Deep understanding of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
This position includes variable compensation in addition to the base salary, tied to the achievement of defined sales objectives and measurable business results over the course of the year..

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires traveling 50% of the time, including international destinations. Must have a valid driver’s license and adequate identification to travel internationally and pass government background checks.
