Qualifications
Language Skills: Native or fluent professional English (spoken and written).
Market Knowledge: Proven experience in the GCC region, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A deep understanding of the local business environment, culture, and evolving tourism landscape is essential.
Professional Experience:Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, ideally in an upscale or luxury environment.
Education: ABachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Brand Expertise: Previous experience with leading international hotel brands, with a strong record of delivering commercial results while maintaining brand standards.
