Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and customer service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a passion for driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies that align with our business objectives while managing teams. Knowledge and understanding of franchise standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Lead efforts in technology sales by staying updated on industry advancements and competitor activities.

Experience

  • Fully understand how use Delphi to create contracts and set up new revnue generating options and how it interacts with PMS system.
  • Must have Hilton experience
  • Social media platforms and online profile of business
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing, preferably in technology or related fields.
  • Strong background in business development and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
