Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on B2B (business-to-business) markets, expanding our reach across diverse sectors.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales and marketing teams to surpass goals through coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize analysis skills to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales data, adjusting strategies proactively for maximum impact.
  • Manage key accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring client retention and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales with a strong background in B2B sales environments.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading sales and marketing teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Expertise in marketing strategies combined with a solid understanding of technology sales landscapes.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently.
  • Business development acumen with a track record of expanding market share through strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
