Duties

- Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing client relationships
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and refine sales tactics based on data-driven insights
- Drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales campaigns
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology or technical sales environments
