Director of Sales, Marketing & Digital Content

As our Director of Sales, Marketing, and Digital Content, you'll be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns that support the business strategies at Northwind Trailer Group. You're daily objective will be to create compelling content theat drives engagement, builds trust and supports our annual sales targets, our product launches and our strategic marketing initiatives. Along with executing content- plans, you will be the primary liasion to Sales for storytelling, project profiles and sales-enablement materials.

You will also be creating marketing content for websites, tradeshows, collateral and email campaigns, ensuring that they aline with brand vision and guidelines. You'll be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape of our industry and executing plans and activities based on researched information. You'll be responsible for attaining specified sales goals to align with the company's revenue goals.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in sales and/or content marketing creation execution on all social media platforms.
  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Proficient in related computer software applications including applicable, content-creation software & MS Suite.
  • Proven experience managing website content, marketing collateral and sales collateral.
  • Proven experience creating email marketing campaigns, merchandising items and multimedia marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytic tools (social media, email marketing, and content management systems.)
  • Knowledge of content optimization, SEO and best practices.
  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and execute with autonomy and accountability.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill with attention to detail including being fluent in Spanish.

The salary range has a bonus potential up to $40,000 based on generated sales. Also, the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Minnesota. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position as well as current market and business considerations will be evaluated when extening an offer.
