Director of Studies & Operations (DSO)

iEnglish Institute is hiring an experienced Director of Studies & Operations (DSO) to lead academic excellence and multi-branch performance across our UAE campuses.

This role requires a certified ESL leader with strong regulatory experience and the ability to scale academic operations while maintaining premium teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic strategy and quality assurance across multiple branches
• Ensure compliance with KHDA, ACTVET, and inspection frameworks
• Manage and mentor Head Teachers and Academic Coordinators
• Oversee teacher recruitment, deployment, and performance management
• Standardize SOPs and maintain consistent academic delivery
• Report academic KPIs and performance metrics to executive management

Mandatory Requirements

• CELTA – Required
• DELTA – Strongly Preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or English
• 7–10 years of progressive academic leadership experience
• Multi-branch management experience
• Expert-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Experience in regulated English-medium education environments preferred

On-site presence required across Dubai & Sharjah branches.
