Position
The Director of Supplier Relationship Management & Performance will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company's supply chain by managing our relationships with key suppliers and optimizing their performance to meet our business needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clinical functions, cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, quality, legal and finance to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services that meet our stringent standards.
About you
You are an experienced Director, Supplier Relationship Management & Performance, Clinical Development. You will lead the development and execution of our supplier relationship management strategy, including identifying critical clinical suppliers (CRO's, central laboratory, cardiac safety, IRT, Patient Recruitment & Retention) establishing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You are proactive, intellectually curious, and demonstrate a growth mindset. You have strong communication skills, are team-oriented, and adaptable to rapidly evolving goals and challenges.

The expected salary range for this role is $200,000 to $218,500 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.
