- Maintain robust vendor profiles: keep approved vendor lists up-to-date with accurate data, performance history, and risk signals.
- Lead sourcing campaigns: issue RFPs, coordinate pre-bid walkthroughs, manage RFIs, and tabulate bids with clear commercial and technical evaluation.
- Shape contracting strategy: facilitate strategy sessions (lump sum, T&M, etc.) and collaborate with legal and procurement to finalize Master Service Agreements when needed.
- Drive bid excellence: coordinate pre-bid activities, ensure thorough bid evaluation, and guide award decisions.
- Manage post-award execution: generate POs, oversee invoicing, and ensure smooth financial administration during project execution.
- Ensure compliance and risk controls: monitor insurance, certifications, safety records, and regulatory requirements for all vendors.
- Archive with precision: maintain organized procurement documentation for easy audits and future reference.
- Strategic category management: perform spend analyses, assess supplier bases, gather market intelligence, and conduct risk assessments.
