Title: Director of Surgical Services
Compensation: $184,683.20 to $230,838.40 base. Bonus: up to 17.5%. Sign-on: case by case. Relocation: case by case.
Schedule: Full time. Days. No weekends.

Overview
Lead a high-acuity perioperative program in Silicon Valley. Scope includes 12 ORs plus endoscopy. Approx 7,000 annual cases (about 4,300 outpatient and 2,700 inpatient). Reports to senior perioperative leadership. Culture is fast paced and growth focused.

You will

• Own 24/7 operations for OR, Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, SPD, Endoscopy, Anesthesia Techs.

• Drive physician engagement and service line growth (spine, ortho, neuro).

• Improve access, throughput, safety, quality, patient experience.

• Hire, coach, schedule, and develop about 120 FTEs.

• Manage budget, capital planning, metrics, and regulatory readiness.

• Scrub or circulate when needed to support the team.

You bring

• BSN required. Masters preferred.

• Current CA RN or ability to start onboarding while CA license processes.

• 3 to 5 plus years perioperative leadership in a complex, high-volume hospital.

• Union environment experience preferred.

• Proven results using data to lift quality, efficiency, and growth.
