In this role, you'll own and scale our hiring engine, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Executive Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. You'll focus on attracting and hiring top talent across clinical and technical roles, with an emphasis on Nurse Practitioners and Physicians (MD/DO).
We're looking for someone who can build a high-performing clinical recruiting function while also putting the right people infrastructure in place to support retention, engagement, and long-term growth. You'll own end-to-end recruiting for NPs and MD/DOs, helping us scale quickly, compliantly, and with high quality.
What You'll Be Doing:

Own full-cycle recruiting for Nurse Practitioners and Physicians across SNFs, home health, and virtual care programs, driving quality, speed, and consistency

Build and scale a clinical talent engine across multiple states, including sourcing strategy, outbound pipelines, referrals, and partnerships

Partner closely with Clinical Ops, Medical Leadership, and executives on workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and role definition

Improve hiring quality by implementing structured interviews, scorecards, and consistent evaluation frameworks

Navigate licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements across different states

Optimize time-to-fill and candidate experience without sacrificing hiring standards

Scale the recruiting function over time, building a team with clear metrics and accountability

Own recruiting operations and reporting across pipeline health, hiring velocity, and forecast risk
What You'll Need:

6+ years in clinical recruiting, healthcare talent acquisition, or People leadership

Experience hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physicians across multiple states
-
Track record of building recruiting processes in a high-growth environment

Strong understanding of healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance
-
Experience owning hiring metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention

Data-driven mindset with experience managing recruiting dashboards and forecasts

Strong communicator who can work effectively with executives, clinicians, and operators

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
