We're hiring a Director of Talent Development to lead and scale our global trainee academy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on building the next generation of high-performing 360 recruitment consultants, from first day in the business through to becoming fully fledged billers and future leaders.
You'll own the full trainee journey, creating a structured, high-performance academy that consistently develops top talent and drives long-term revenue growth.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end trainee academy (onboarding to desk readiness)
- Designing and delivering structured training across BD, candidate control, and negotiation
- Owning trainee hiring strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition (graduates + career switchers)
- Driving KPIs, performance, and progression across all cohorts
- Coaching and developing consultants through group and 1:1 sessions
- Identifying and fast-tracking high performers
- Improving retention, engagement, and early-stage performance (0-18 months)
- Reporting on performance, ROI, and cohort success to senior leadership
What we're looking for:
- Strong 360 recruitment background (top biller / senior performer)
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing consultants or teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance outcomes
- Ability to build structure, process, and scalable development systems
- High energy, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
