Annual Salary: $176,300-$213,300

Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Chapa-De's enterprise technology strategy, aligning infrastructure, clinical applications, and digital initiatives with organizational and patient care goals.
  • Lead the organization's information security and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and tribal data sovereignty considerations.
  • Oversee technology operations, vendor partnerships, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support employees and patients.
  • Inspire and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years' progressively responsible IT leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business or information technology, cybersecurity or related field.
  • Track record of designing and implementing security solutions and best practices in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with EHR management, regulatory oversight, information security management, voice/telecommunications and IT operations.
  • Proven experience establishing or maturing a data governance program in a healthcare setting.
