We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join our growing HR team and help shape the future of benefits, compensation, and employee experience across Advocare.
About the Role
The Director of Total Rewards is a key strategic and operational partner responsible for managing Advocare’s full suite of total rewards programs - including benefits, compensation, and learning/development initiatives. This role ensures that our programs are competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with our mission to support physicians, non-physician providers, and staff.
You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, Care Centers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality programs, support day-to-day operations, analyze data, and enhance the employee experience through clear communication and thoughtful program design.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and provides a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare organization.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000, depending on a variety of factors such as skills, experience, and education. In addition, Advocare offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes multiple medical and prescription coverage options; dental and vision plans; Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs); and a range of voluntary insurance offerings such as critical illness, cancer, accident, hospital indemnity, disability, and life/AD&D coverage. Employees also have access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off (PTO), commuter benefits, and group auto and homeowners insurance.
