Director of Total Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics

New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a strategic and operationally strong Director of Total Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our compensation, benefits, HRIS, and people operations infrastructure. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports organizational growth, attracts and retains exceptional talent, and ensures competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs. The Director will also lead the HR operations and HRIS strategy, ensuring data integrity, reporting capabilities, and scalable systems that support a growing healthcare organization. This role requires a combination of strategic design and operational execution, with deep expertise in compensation program development, HRIS management, HR analytics, and HR operational excellence.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Significant expertise in compensation program design and total rewards strategy
  • Experience developing salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and incentive programs
  • Strong HRIS leadership experience including implementation and system optimization
  • Experience supporting mid-sized organizations (300-1,000 employees)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Workday, ADP, UKG, or SuccessFactors
  • Experience supporting rapidly growing organizations
  • Experience building HR operational infrastructure

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification a plus
