Director – Off-Plan Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Director to lead and scale our off-plan sales division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market, strong developer relationships, and the ability to drive high-value transactions while managing and mentoring sales consultants.

This is a senior leadership role with exceptional commission potential, designed for a commercially sharp professional who understands Dubai’s off-plan ecosystem deeply.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead and execute off-plan sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Handle high-ticket off-plan transactions directly with investors and end-users
  • Oversee project launches, roadshows, and developer campaigns

Developer & Market Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with leading Dubai developers
  • Secure competitive inventory, pricing, and commission structures
  • Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, and market trends

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage off-plan sales consultants
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability
  • Mentor team members to improve closing ratios and client handling

Client Advisory

  • Advise investors on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies
  • Manage key client relationships and repeat investor portfolios
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and trust

Business Strategy & Compliance

  • Contribute to company growth strategy and market expansion
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to optimize lead conversion

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dubai real estate, with strong focus on off-plan sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value off-plan deals
  • Existing developer and investor network preferred
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • RERA certification required
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or other languages is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
