About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations & Delivery to lead our client delivery engine and drive operational excellence across diverse, high-impact programs. This leader will be accountable for ensuring seamless execution, disciplined prioritization, and on-time delivery of multiple concurrent projects, while maintaining a relentless focus on client satisfaction and organizational performance.

The Director will serve as the operational backbone of the business—translating strategy into execution, removing bottlenecks, and providing clear visibility to the leadership team on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client programs, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Operational Rigor: Establish repeatable processes, frameworks, and governance models to manage high project volumes effectively.
  • Client Management: Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
  • Prioritization & Planning: Continuously balance competing priorities across teams and projects, making data-driven decisions to optimize resources and timelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting mechanisms, presenting key insights and progress updates to the leadership team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, instilling a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate operational risks, address delivery challenges head-on, and create scalable solutions that improve predictability and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in operations, delivery management, or program management roles, ideally in a technology-enabled services or product environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large volumes of concurrent projects with varying complexity and timelines.
  • Strong background in client management, with the ability to build trust, manage escalations, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience.
  • Experience in reporting to C-level executives, with a focus on clear communication and data-driven insights.
  • Expertise in building processes and governance for scaling delivery operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
