As Director of Paid Media and Growth, you will spearhead global growth initiatives and paid media execution for clients, with specialized expertise in search marketing. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on expertise—owning integrated campaigns that span awareness through conversion. You’ll partner with senior client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency leadership to deliver scalable results, informed by data, experimentation, and a culture of continuous optimization.
Your Impact
Drive growth execution and strategy for clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across the complete customer journey to maximize acquisition and lifetime value.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, GEO/LLMO, SEO, and emerging digital channels, adapting creative and messaging for regional markets while ensuring brand consistency.
Drive funnel analytics, audience performance insights, and campaign attribution to inform investment decisions and unlock new growth opportunities.
Partner with internal teams (strategy, creative, analytics, social, influencer, content, accounts) and external media partners to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks.
Guide creative and content partners on what works across different environments, ensuring campaigns are innovative and effective, including developing creative briefs and building asset requests.
Contribute strategy, analysis and forecasting support for business development, ensuring growth plans align with client and agency priorities.
Stay at the forefront of paid media trends, attribution methodologies, and martech innovations, applying best practices across industries.
Mentor and nurture high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, operational rigor, and agile execution.
What Success Looks Like
Achieve target KPIs, ROI benchmarks, and budget utilization across campaigns in multiple global markets, while scaling acquisition from six-figure to seven-figure monthly ad spend.
Produce and present performance reports including growth insights and actions regularly to clients and senior leadership, tailoring content to different stakeholders.
Deliver growth roadmaps that maintain team and client focus on priorities, resulting in coordinated cross-functional execution and accelerated progress toward scaling objectives.
Maintain stakeholder confidence and alignment by providing clear spend forecasts, growth scenarios, and regular performance updates that anticipate challenges and opportunities.
7+ years of paid media and growth marketing leadership, including proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic platforms.
Strong analytical toolkit, with expertise in martech systems, attribution models, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Proven ability to run rapid testing programs (A/B, multivariate, segmentation) and apply insights to inform strategy.
Experience collaborating on integrated campaigns that balance awareness (brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, content marketing, PR) with performance marketing.
Strong leadership skills with a bias toward action, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting strategies and insights to senior executives and client stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
