Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead performance marketing strategies across all digital channels for major client accounts.
  • Oversee integrated performance frameworks focused on measurable ROI, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Identify and embed new technologies, tools, and solutions to advance agency capabilities.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner for clients, providing direction on performance strategy, digital transformation, and measurement.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business pitches, proposals, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure flawless execution of campaigns: planning, activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and guide the team toward actionable solutions.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to develop measurement frameworks, attribution models, and testing roadmaps.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop and standardize reporting outputs that clearly communicate value to clients.
  • Ensure profitability across accounts and contribute to agency revenue planning.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of performance media experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Saudi market experience is a plus.
  • Proven success leading multi-channel performance campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead senior client conversations and influence business outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expert understanding of paid search, paid social, programmatic, and/or retail media ecosystems.
  • Competency in data-driven planning, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to inspire teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.
