Director Perioperative Nursing

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Summary:
Provides leadership to specific nursing departments of the hospital; develop nursing standards of clinical practice, policies/procedures, enhance recruitment/retention, responsible for employee and patient satisfaction; participates in strategic and long-range planning.

Other information:
Current Arkansas Registered Nursing license. Bachelor degree in Nursing with a Master's required; evidence of successful progressive management experience with a minimum of 5 years in Nursing Management

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
