As our Director of Procurement, you’ll be at the center of that mission, leading strategies that deliver cost savings, ensure reliability, and support our teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement procurement strategies that align with our business goals and drive measurable impact.
• Partner with buyers and leaders to negotiate favorable terms, standardize agreements, and ensure reliable supply.
• Set safety stock levels and identify opportunities to streamline inventory management and reduce costs.
• Analyze vendor spend to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement or consolidation.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, and other teams to align procurement initiatives with broader company strategy.
• Support acquisitions by evaluating suppliers and assisting with ERP migration for procurement functions.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices and apply innovative sourcing, procurement, and supply chain solutions.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships that deliver reliability, quality, and long-term value.

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or materials planning (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• A proven ability to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Comfort working with ERP systems and excellent computer skills.
• The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and departments.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a leadership style that builds trust and partnership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites as needed.
