This leader is responsible for designing and governing the tools, processes, and capabilities that enable the entire enterprise to perform at a world-class level.Job Description:
Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) seeks a visionary and transformative leader to serve as the Director, Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE). As PHS continues to evolve as a leading integrated healthcare delivery network and health plan, the procurement function is undergoing a sophisticated shift toward a centralized, data-driven, and highly efficient operating model.
The Director will be the architect of this evolution. Tasked with bridging the gap between the health plan and care delivery systems, this leader will standardize the PHS Way of procurement. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the enterprise procurement leadership, offering the opportunity to build a best-in-class CoE from the ground up, leveraging modern ERP systems (Workday) and advanced analytics to drive multi-million-dollar impacts on the organization’s fiscal health.
