Your Team & Role
The Director, Procurement Relationship Management plays a key role in advancing Prudential’s enterprise procurement strategy by partnering closely with senior business leaders to translate BU and functional priorities into structured commercial opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor across the business, connecting stakeholder needs with GSP’s full suite of capabilities—including Sourcing & Category Management, Contracts/CLM, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Systems & Analytics.
The Director will be part of a team of relationship managers and value analysts who identify opportunities, model financial impacts, drive adoption of procurement processes, and ensure the delivery of meaningful, P&L‑aligned outcomes.
Build deep partnerships with BU and functional leaders (including numerous senior executives) to understand strategic plans and surface potential sourcing, savings, supplier‑innovation, and risk‑mitigation opportunities.
Assess and compile action plans pertaining to procurement control reporting (e.g., compliance, maverick spend, guided‑buying adoption, contract coverage) through Systems & Analytics dashboards and facilitate corresponding action plans.
Develop and refine financial models that quantify cost mitigation, cost reduction, margin impacts, and supplier‑driven value.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, Sourcing, Category leads, CLM, and TPRM to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of procurement services.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $147,100.00 to $220,700.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
