Job Description
Lead and oversee delivery management functions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations Drive stakeholder management by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients partners and internal teams Manage benefits realization by identifying tracking and optimizing business value from delivery initiatives Lead pursuit and proposal management efforts to secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises to minimize impact on delivery and client satisfaction Oversee account management and mining activities to maximize revenue and deepen client engagement Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement Provide strategic direction and mentorship to delivery managers and project teams Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and quality benchmarks Drive innovation in delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute delivery strategies that align with business objectives and client needs Lead highlevel stakeholder engagement including negotiation and conflict resolution Manage complex proposals and pursuit activities coordinating with sales and delivery teams Monitor and control program risks implementing crisis management plans when necessary Drive account growth through proactive mining and identification of upsellcrosssell opportunities Oversee benefit management processes to ensure realization of expected business outcomes Provide leadership in resource planning budgeting and financial management related to delivery Represent the delivery function in executive meetings and client forums Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement across delivery teams Mentor senior delivery personnel to build leadership capabilities and succession planning
