IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


The Director Retail Sales - North Region will lead and oversee the entire retail sales business within the assigned region, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets. Drive strategic initiatives to expand business volumes and enhance market presence. Manage and mentor the entire regional sales force, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop and execute plans for new business partner induction, strengthening the distribution network. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive informed decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to align retail strategies with overall business objectives.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets through both conventional and innovative sales channels.
  • Drive retail channel expansion by increasing product availability, enhancing visibility, and growing the retail universe.
  • Optimize franchise and distributor management, ensuring efficient distribution spread, channel profitability, investment sustainability, and stock level maintenance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, leveraging market insights and business intelligence.
  • Strategize and execute local sales promotions, aligning with market trends to maximize impact and engagement.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • Masters or Bachelors degree in related field.


Competencies:


  • Vast Experience in Franchise and Distributor Management
  • Retail and Distribution Management
  • §Sales Force Management
