Director - Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Operations (Ownership, not oversight)
  • Own lead-to-treatment conversion across implants, aligners, and other key procedures
  • Define and improve sales funnels: enquiry consultation treatment start completion
  • Drive discipline in follow-ups, TATs, closures, and patient experience
  • Build incentive structures and performance metrics for clinical sales teams
  • Diagnose revenue leakages and fix them with process or system changes

Bottom line: predictable, scalable revenue per clinic.


2. Clinic Operations & Process Excellence
  • Design SOPs for high-ticket treatments (implants, aligners) across clinics
  • Standardize workflows across:
  • Patient onboarding
  • Case planning
  • Treatment execution
  • Billing & collections
  • Ensure clinics run with minimal dependency on hero doctors or individuals
  • Own clinic productivity metrics: chair utilization, doctor efficiency, case throughput


3. Process Design & Continuous Optimization
  • Map current-state vs future-state processes
  • Identify bottlenecks across sales, clinics, labs, logistics, and support
  • Implement Lean / Ops-first thinking—reduce rework, delays, and escalations
  • Run weekly and monthly sales & ops reviews with hard data, not anecdotes


4. Product & Systems Thinking (Critical)
  • Act as the business owner for internal tools (CRM, Retool, WhatsApp flows, dashboards)
  • Translate ops and sales problems into clear product requirements
  • Work closely with Tech & Product teams to:
  • Improve CRM usability
  • Ensure systems are actually used on the ground (adoption > features)

Must-have
  • 3–6+ years experience in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops / Operations leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced degree in operations preferred from IITs, IIMs, NITIE, SIBM or other B schools
  • Experience running high-ticket, consultative sales (healthcare, education, real estate, BFSI, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design processes and make teams follow them
  • Strong comfort with data, dashboards, and internal tools
  • Experience working with product/tech teams (not just “giving requirements”)

Good to have
  • Experience in healthcare / clinics / multi-location ops
  • Background in startups or fast-scaling businesses
