Director, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

DaVita is seeking an individual to join the Revenue Operations team in a remote capacity as a Director of Special Projects. This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Required qualifications to be a successful Director of Special Projects

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

• Excellent project management skills to ensure initiatives stay on track and stakeholders are aware of progress and their obligations

• Ability to concisely communicate verbally and in writing across a broad variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders

• ability to prioritize high value opportunities

• Analytical agility and enthusiasm for digging into, understanding, and resolving challenges utilizing a wide variety of data sets and analytical tools

• Running projects largely independently

• Ability and eagerness to learn the dialysis revenue cycle and apply those learnings to drive improvement

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional collaboration and ability to get stuff done through influence, not direct leadership.

• Servant leadership in improving the day-to-day experience of Revenue Operations teammates
