Director sale -– Commercial & Growth (Cyber Security)

We’re looking for a Director sale with 8+ years of experience to drive commercial growth, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across our cyber security portfolio. This leadership role works closely with the CEO to shape and execute growth and revenue strategies.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead commercial, sales, and business development functions
✔ Own and grow cyber security solutions and services
✔ Manage the full sales lifecycle—pipeline, forecasting, deal closure & collections
✔ Build and lead sales, business development & key account teams
✔ Develop strong C-level and enterprise client relationships
✔ Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion
✔ Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and OEM/vendor partnerships
✔ Track KPIs and revenue targets using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of proven experience in cyber security sales, commercial leadership, or growth roles
• Track record of achieving USD 4–6M+ sales targets
• Experience selling into Financial Services or Telecom sectors
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
