Job Purpose: To direct ARDARA’s sales & leasing operations effectively and efficiently through effective coordination with the Development & Design team to decide on buildings and assets open for sale and liaising with the Handover team to ensure proper handover of sold units / buildings/ assets in alignment with ARDARA overall sales strategy.


Job-Specific Accountabilities:


Sales Strategy & Management

  • Develop a sales strategy for ARDARA including sales targets and prices and ensure effective implementation of the strategy in line with the overall strategic direction.
  • Lead the preparation of strategic plans and establish sales guidelines for each target segment to maximize and drive revenues and build sustainable relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on required promotional campaigns to translate the sales strategy into practical operational actions and initiatives to help achieve or exceed targets and outcomes.
  • Provide support to the Development function while defining sales & pricing targets during the development of business cases and feasibility studies based on a solid understanding of the market.
  • Manage sale agreements in line with the requirements of ARDARA’s master plan to achieve sales objectives.


Sales Research & Analytics

  • Manage market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Guide the development of information base/analysis of the MENA real estate market and the competitive landscape and lead the identification of emerging markets and market shifts using market intelligence, competition, and pricing research to price properties.
  • Develop quantitative analytics for sales, identify areas for improvement and derive actions and recommendations to optimize sales processes, and maximize revenue generation.


CRM and Data Analytics

  • Provide strategic advice to IT Dep. on the essential IT tools necessary for effective audience engagement, development marketing, and seamless communication for buyer and tenant acquisition.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.


Experience:

  • 14+ years of professional experience in Sales in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
  • A proven track record of deploying forward-looking operational methods.
