Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing (HVAC – Industrial) to lead our business development and market expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering with proven expertise in HVAC systems, industrial equipment, and project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the HVAC industrial sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, industrial clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive technical sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams for customized HVAC solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, long-term relationships, and repeat business.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (MBA in Marketing/Management is a plus).
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in industrial HVAC sales & marketing, with at least 5 years at Director/Head level.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units, and industrial ventilation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
