Job Description

Revenue strategy and planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organization’s goals
  • Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and devise plans to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with various teams – Programming, Marketing and Product development (Digital), to ensure a cohesive and unified approach
  • Identify emerging opportunities, target the right audience, and tailor sales approaches basis latest market developments
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure execution, provide guidance, and address any challenges
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable data-driven sales decisions
  • Lead Tech/Non-Tech-led special projects for generating incremental revenue from new streams
  • Developing Pricing Strategy for channels & shows; packaging for various client segments & properties
  • Creating revenue business plan for the channel & tracking performance vs. annual plan, revising forecasts etc.

Job Requirement

  • Experience - 10+ years
  • Strategic revenue planning and execution to drive business growth
  • Expertise in media sales, pricing strategy, and innovative packaging solutions
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Programming, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
  • Proven leadership in managing senior stakeholders and delivering on revenue targets
  • Business planning, forecasting, and financial acumen for revenue optimization
