  • Manage to develop the monthly GDBP (Demand / Supply) programs (plans) for key IMG markets including market and regional senior management reviews
  • Manage the development of each market’s monthly Dealer forecasts and Supply Review
  • Support Market to Develop Demand & Supply Process Management with c-ordination with Market leads with dealer process Cadence
  • Help optimize Demand and Supply Dealer Process through Global Dealer Business planning Tool for IMG Markets including KPI management.
  • Identify market sales, stock and mix requirements and ensure Business Rules to cater dealer needs and process management.
  • Support GDBP System Management and Monthly Calendar and Cadence Management with Market and Dealers through Market Leads.
  • Manage the development of Process, Business Rules and Program management works.

Support to carry-out ad-hoc analysis as required


Bachelor degree or above

MBA - Added Advantage

At least 5 years including 2 years in the Automobile Industry

Fluent Spoken and Written English Language

Automobile Industry Sales / Sales Planning / Sales Operations / Production Planning

Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint , Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool

Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills

Confident, motivated, and able to work independently

Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams


  • Manage GDBP Process for All IMG Markets
  • Run monthly GDBP Cycle with Market to Dealers
  • Data and Process Management for IMG Markets
  • Demand Collection and Allocation business process management
  • Communication and Stake holder management
  • Market / Dealer Order and Process management
  • GDBP Process Cycle Management.
